The company has established a fully integrated intelligent production matrix equipped with dozens of core machinery including large CNC machining centers, five-axis CNC boring and milling machines, and five-axis deep-hole drilling machines, capable of meeting the processing needs of various non-standard large die-casting mold bases.
The facility features dedicated workshops equipped for manufacturing large integrated die-casting mold bases for new energy vehicles above 6000T, complemented by precision mold base workshops with constant temperature control for high-precision manufacturing requirements.

All test results are comprehensively recorded in the system to guarantee full traceability.

In terms of quality control and measurement, we have invested in floor-type coordinate measuring machines (CMMS) with a working volume of 4000×5000×2000 mm and blue light scanning inspection equipment. We also conduct tests such as spectral analysis, ultrasonic flaw detection, impact toughness testing, and hardness measurement to strictly ensure the material quality.
The Quality Department conducts full inspections in accordance with 2D drawing requirements, and all test results are comprehensively recorded in the system to guarantee full traceability.
