This campaign covers key areas across the entire workshop production chain: In the raw material storage area, we systematically organized and cleaned the material storage racks to ensure that various mold base steels and supporting materials are clearly categorized and labeled. In the production and processing area, specialized maintenance-style cleaning was carried out for large CNC machine tools, heat treatment equipment, and precision measuring instruments, with a focus on removing oil stains and accumulated dust to ensure the operational accuracy of the equipment. The cleaning operations strictly adhere to the standard requirements of the precision manufacturing industry: the workshop epoxy flooring underwent deep scrubbing and maintenance to ensure it is free of oil stains and debris; the walls and overhead structures were thoroughly dusted to eliminate hidden dirt areas; particularly, the workshop ventilation systems and dust removal equipment received professional cleaning and maintenance to optimize air circulation quality. After two weeks of concentrated efforts, the workshop's appearance has been completely transformed—the floors are mirror-smooth, the equipment is gleaming and orderly, the tools and fixtures are clearly positioned, and the safety aisles are unobstructed. The overall environment now meets the high standards required for a precision manufacturing workshop.

This initiative is not only an environmental improvement but also a quality culture practice with full employee participation. We emphasize that a clean environment is the first line of defense for the quality of precision mold bases. During the cleaning process, employees concurrently conducted systematic inspections of equipment operational status, material storage conditions, and safety protection facilities, promptly identifying and rectifying several potential risk points. To establish a long-term management mechanism, the company has formulated the "Implementation Rules for 5S Management on the Production Site" and will implement a "Team-based Zoning and Rotation Responsibility System." This will be combined with a daily 5-minute pre-shift self-inspection, weekly specialized deep cleaning sessions, and a monthly comprehensive evaluation system. Department heads across all production units will conduct regular inspections during production intervals to ensure that hygiene standards are consistently maintained and optimized alongside production progress.
