During this digital transformation, the production efficiency of Horizon's mold base manufacturing has significantly improved. The company's equipment numerical control rate is expected to reach 100%, with 31 pieces of digitalized equipment, while the networking rate of production equipment has increased to 61.3%, with 19 pieces of equipment now connected. In terms of value and benefits, the transformation not only helps improve per capita output and reduce operational costs but will also further decrease the product defect rate and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
